Bank of America

In 2013, when Bank of America, through their facility partner Jones Lang LaSalle, decided to engage regional providers for their reactive electrical, lighting and sign maintenance needs, they called upon Rogers to get the job done in a significant portion of the country. Retail banking locations are required by many states, their insurance providers or internal policy to meet certain exterior lighting levels in parking areas, and at ATM’s night depositories and at entrances and exits. A “lights out” report is generated quarterly at each branch to insure the lighting at each continues to function as designed.

Since our partnership began back in 2013, Rogers has successfully completed over 42,000 work orders in 14 states at over 1200 locations. Rogers receives work orders to correct any deficiencies to correct outages and separately to address any electrical issues or sign outages. Rogers has currently dedicated 20 bucket trucks to currently working on the Bank of America locations to ensure timely and quality service, specifically relating to lighting and sign maintenance. Rogers’ account management teams provide Bank of America real-time updates with access to on-site pictures, work order notes, as well as a dedicated account manager throughout the duration of the maintenance needs.
