Dillard’s

Problem

Back in 2015, Dillard’s had a need to construct a parking garage and a shell building in a mall in Tennessee. Dillard’s presented the plans to Rogers and decided Rogers had the capabilities to provide the solution that Dillard’s was seeking and had the power to get the job done.

Solution

In June 2015, Rogers began construction on a parking garage and Dillard’s shell building at the Green Hills Mall in Nashville. For the 254,000 square feet 4-level parking garage, Rogers furnished an all LED lighting package, including site lighting, complete fire alarm system, fiber optic telephone system and emergency phone system. For the 193,900 square feet 2-level shell for a future Dillard’s tenant, Rogers furnished a 3000amp service and distribution system, including a 200kw natural gas generator. This project ran through the summer of 2016, at which point Rogers began the tenant build-out for this new Dillard’s location.
