KIN Properties

Problem

KIN Properties had an older 40 ton unit AC rooftop unit servicing two separated offices in one building. This was not cooling adequately for each tenant. Rogers was called in to survey the site, run HVAC inspections, and provide HVAC replacements and installations in order to provide the customer with the solution we felt would comfortably cool each space.

Solution

Rogers removed and disposed of the 40 ton unit and replaced with two, 10 ton units, one for each tenant. This project included new, custom duct work for each unit, curb adaptors, and an electrical utility split at the meter. Rogers inspected properties across the nation before a tenant moves in to a dark store to confirm the condition of the HVAC system. This includes taking inventory of units and giving detailed report on the condition of each unit. Rogers uses this inspection to produce a report for the customer providing pictures of each unit, a map of the units, and our suggestions for each unit (maintenance, service, or full replacement) including pricing. Rogers managed all aspects of this project beginning with preplanning and finalizing with job site cleanup.
