#EMPLOYEESPOTLIGHT

Every week, we like to make a point to share all of the hard work our employees out in the field are putting in to make Rogers the success it is. We realize that we all work together as a team, and without our technicians out in the field doing the work, we would not be the success that we are today. Rogers is excited to continue through September into October with continued success out in the field, and in our corporate offices. We’ve made it a goal this year to show as much appreciation as we possibly can to the technicians specifically who put in the work to make Rogers the success it is on a day to day basis. To continue to show our employees just how much they mean to us, we want to set aside time every week to place an emphasis on all of our technicians out in the field that make up such a significant part of our Rogers family.

This week, our #ThankfulThursday is one of our very hardworking employees, Justin Crosby. We learned specifically from Justin’s colleagues and Service Managers about the incredible work he has been doing for Rogers and his willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.

One colleague said,

“Justin ‘Greeny’ Crosby has been with us approximately a year. He is willing to travel anywhere and work with anyone, and he will do any job he is asked to do.”

Another says,

“Justin is constantly learning on site with his leads and on his own making him a valuable asset to his team members not only in the field, but also for the Rogers brand as a whole. Justin’s appearance and work ethic displays a professionalism that shows well for him and the company.”

Not only is Justin constantly doing the best work he can for Rogers, but he is consistently showing how much work he is willing to put in to exceed expectations. Justin adds so much value to our team and we’re so appreciative of all of the hard work he puts in here. We can’t wait to watch Justin continue to grow within the company.

Look for next week’s spotlight when we Get Connected to the People Behind Rogers and honor another in the Rogers family.
