#EMPLOYEESPOTLIGHT

Rogers is excited to continue into June with high expectations and strong intentions to continue into the the summer months. We’ve made it a goal this year to show as much appreciation as we possibly can to the employees who put in the work to make Rogers the success it is on a day to day basis. These summer months are some of the busiest times for Rogers with the incredible amount of work we’re doing in facilities all across the country as well as the huge amount of work we’re doing within our community, and last but not least the corporate events we’ve assembled throughout the past couple of months. We are in full swing getting to know all of our new employees as we continue to exponentially grow, both technicians and corporate employees. From new interns, to skilled foremen, we’re especially excited when we get news internally about our employees getting promoted because of all of the hard work they’re putting forth. For this week’s Employee Spotlight, we would like to showcase one of our Rogers technicians who was promoted within the company, Omar Woodstock.

Here at Rogers, we have an incredible recruiting team that works so hard to get the best employees possible. Our HR team hired Omar on June 18, 2018 and ever since, Omar has continued to do an incredible job working for Rogers. With that being said, Omar seeked out an opportunity to further his career within Rogers by attending a job fair our HR team was hosting. While at the job fair, Omar spoke with one of our Project Managers, Hank Todaro. Immediately, Omar stood out to Hank. Specifically his experience level, his positive attitude, and his willingness to get the job done. One of our recruiters, Ashley Cronin, is specifically connected to this new hire in that Omar was one of the last calls she made while sitting in the CA office on the second day of the job fair there, asking him to attend the career fair.

Now, Omar Woodstock is being hired as a foreman for Rogers thanks all of his hard work, and to Ashley and Hank.

We love getting insight to what is happening around the country for Rogers so we can share these incredible stories with all of those who follow along. We are so excited for you Omar, and we can’t thank you enough for the hard work you put in with Rogers. It doesn’t go unnoticed, and we’re happy to congratulate you on your new position as a foreman. Congrats, Omar!
