We are so grateful for incredible work from technicians like Jamie Brown, this week’s Employee Spotlight. Jamie’s dedication to Rogers and hard work does not go unnoticed as he consistently puts in the work to be successful. For this week’s Thankful Thursday, Jamie’s Manager has dedicated his spotlight to highlighting three specific Rogers Core Value that Jamie embodies: Professionalism, Communication, and Quality. Here’s what Mike’s manager Tom Mueller had to say about his exceeding work with Rogers.
Jamie Brown is one of the more reliable techs when it comes to coming through in the clutch. His drive and professionalism is top notch. He is always willing to help out wherever he is needed and whenever it is needed. When I ask for help in other areas, Jamie is always the first one to reply to my message or phone call.
Jamie has traveled to Nebraska, Iowa and Minnesota in the past month to help cover a busy area get caught up on In Bay Lighting and IDF jobs. He never complains and is always happy to help Rogers out in any way he can. Jamie’s communication skills are second to none.
He is always over communicating and when I need an answer from him I have it within minutes. When Jamie runs a job he runs with confidence and professionalism. Quality work is what he does and he does it in a timely manner. Techs like Jamie are the reason we are able to get IDF jobs completed with 3 guys instead of 4. He gives 110% anytime he puts on that Blue shirt. I feel he is one of the more underrated techs in our region and should be recognized for all he does for me, the Midwest Region and Rogers Electric.
