Problem

Best Buy needed vendor pad updates and new vendor pad installs in all stores, with the scope of each location varying by store. This was phase two of these updates, and there were three subsequent phases. This project was deployed nationally in over 600 stores. Facing issues like fixture shipping delays and distribution of materials and equipment, Rogers gathered together a team and a plan to get this job done and on schedule.

Solution

Rogers dispatched 2 technicians per Best Buy job site at over 600 locations for a variation of anywhere from two to six nights all across the country to complete this project. This Best Buy Project was a huge project for us with 14 different scopes of work – not only does a project of this capacity take intense project management from our corporate team, but also extreme attention to detail, patience, and time commitment from our team of electricians working on these job sites.
