Stratacache

Problem

Walmart was faced with the problem of removing display monitors throughout their stores from locations across the country. Walmart turned to their trusted partner, Rogers, to get the job done. This project required 2 Rogers techs per job site with scissor lifts to repackage and ship the Stratacache monitors back to the customer. This project required distribution logistics as well as high level project management oversight to get each product back to Stratacache in pristine condition.

Solution

Rogers completed this project by sending 2 Rogers techs per location working a 1-night completion timeline. We removed, packaged, and shipped monitors at a total of 2500 Walmart locations across 49 US states. Not only did our technicians do the grunt work for all of the electrical work, but they also completed this project by identifying the correct monitors and locating the boxes that had been shipped to the store to package and return the monitors.
