Every week, we like to make a point to share all of the hard work our employees out in the field are putting in to make Rogers the success it is. We realize that we all work together as a team, and without our technicians out in the field doing the work, we would not be the success that we are today. Rogers is excited to start off November with continued success out in the field, and in our corporate offices. We’ve made it a goal this year to show as much appreciation as we possibly can to the technicians specifically who put in the work to make Rogers the success it is on a day to day basis. To continue to show our employees just how much they mean to us, we want to set aside time every week to place an emphasis on all of our technicians out in the field that make up such a significant part of our Rogers family.
This week, our #EmployeeSpotlight is one of our very hardworking employees, Eric Jackway. We learned specifically from Eric’s Service Managers about the incredible work he has been doing for Rogers and his willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.

“Eric started as a lighting tech with Rogers. He has been working the last couple of years to get his electrician’s license and now is testing, always taking the opportunity to learn from one of our seasoned techs. He has always been willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. He is a pleasure to have on our team.”
Eric is constantly proving what an incredible asset he is to this company and his team. Eric adds so much value to our team and we’re so appreciative of all of the hard work he puts in. We can’t wait to watch Eric continue to grow within the company. Below are a few photos of Eric!
