As we continue to make our way through this difficult time, we would not be able to do any of the work we’re doing without our men and women out there working hard. One of our Account Managers received a call from a manager onsite who had nothing but great things to say about one of our technicians onsite, Johnny Eyssallem. The manager said that when he showed up he diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and provided her with an abundant amount of information on the issue at hand. She said, “we have an awesome guy here” three different times, and similarly Johnny’s Service Managers made a point to note that he is a hardworking employee and loyal to Rogers.

I received a call from a manager April at this location who had nothing but good things to say about Johnny. Apparently this site had been having an issue with their server for a few weeks and had other contractors spend hours trying to fix the problem. It’s not every day you receive a call like this from a customer so I wanted to make sure our tech was recognized for his great work on this WO.Kevin Brennan, Account Manager
