As we make our way through February and pray for spring to come soon, we are so excited to share different parts of Rogers that highlight our technicians being the backbone of this company. Every month, we recognize technicians that go above and beyond on a daily basis by getting recognition from their Service Managers. We realize how important each and every person is here at Rogers, and how much time and dedication our employees put into the work that they do. For that reason specifically, we like to set aside time each week to showcase what they’re doing out in the field to add to the success of the company. This week, we are highlighting one of our technicians down in Florida, Scott Synoground. Here’s what his managers had to say about him:
